Racing with the wind blowing up in my face Superstark midnight on the streets of LA I roll with the sound of the city - she calls my name around midnight you'll be doing the same When I roll it's the sound of the city hold tight or let me go When I run it's the sound of the city she knows where she started from, I was always racing with the wind..

Hush 02:40
The conversation is loud, the conversation is lonely you do your mother so proud, but don't you know you've gotta come back home someday.. Hush, the conversation's too much, then the confrontation comes I really don't care for sunshine love, I really don't care if you're smart enough.. Hush this motherfuckers too much with the information rush I really don't care for sunshine love, cold to the bone hot to the touch

Radio On 03:18
She tries running through the red light It's all a game to her, a different game to me We right temporary outlines.. with just the basic facts then never going back, never going back.. She's been screaming I see demons, I've been torn apart drowning out the sound with the radio on, radio on You've been cruising I keep loosing, I still play the part Pounding on the ground with the radio on, radio on, radio on...

I don't know where to start there's no where left to go If I could find a world out on my own If I could meet the girls, standing in the back of every show California's calling I'm coming up on parole Just one more underpass, left to go until I meet the girls. Standing in the back of every show.
5.
Put your struggles aside You're just a voice on the telephone now listless and scattered I'm out of this pattern with you I'm tired of just dreaming, I don't care how your skin used to feel I'm back from the farm let this future get started for real I'm all liver and bone, make me believe in your strong melody I'm all liver and bone, make me believe, make me believe My memory lies, when it paints me a fake paradise maybe this splendid defender could save me from you I'm tired of just dreaming, I was meant to do much greater things I'll roll out like thunder when I get out from under your doom.
